The Erasmus+ project “Help to Opportunities” (H2O) held its 5th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Panonska Vas – Morsvske Toplice, Slovenia, from 04 to 07 March 2024. The meeting was organized by partner organization Murska Sobota Development Centre.
Representatives from all nine partner organizations from eight European countries participated, including Ljudska univerza Lendava (Slovenia), Razvojni Murska Sobota center (Slovenia), Pučko otvoreno učilište Čakovec (Croatia), Amrita OBK (Hungary), Obrazovno Kulturna Zajednice Roma “Romanipen” (Serbia), Irish Center for Creative Training and Innovative Development (Ireland), Inercia Digital (Spain), Previform (Portugal) and University of Thessaly (Greece).
The agenda of this meeting included the Final Conference, which included the participation of Local Entities, Guest Experts and the Public and was successful and very well attended.
The meeting successfully aligned all partners for project activities, including the preparation of the Final Report.
The H2O project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, aims to increase health literacy levels and promote healthy lifestyles among Roma communities across Europe. Through research, training programs, e-learning tools and other initiatives tailored to the Roma population, the project seeks to empower Roma individuals and families to take control of their health.
